Yeah, I've had this happen several times on the LB and on the Huey on occasions too.
What happens is the bird gets "stuck" to the ground, in the same way that dead bodies can get stuck to it when you're trying to revive them.
The best cure is generally to try the following:
Use S to push the bird into the ground, hard.
Rotate using your tailrotor keys to spin the bird around a few times.
Yaw back and forth using the mouse/joystick.
Then try pushing the power up again steadily (not too fast) and see if it's made any difference.
Very worst case, you can use something like a HUMMVV or Huey to gently nudge the stuck chopper around until it moves off, but that can be pretty dangerous (for obvious reasons) and will make you deeply unpopular if you blow both the stuck bird and the rescuing vehicle lol.

A little rudder input should help or reverse thrust as said. Haven´t really had it happen to me though.
