Unable to select any other kit as USMC

Pr Sp - No matter where i am, bunker, firebase, mainbase etc, i can't select another kit except the seven on the team screen. the map was Black hawk down.

Any fixes for this or do i need to stand in a specific spot as i walked all over the place, and it still gave me the message saying i need to stand by the base etc if i want to get a new kit.

(Yes i was even the team leader in a team of 6 with 64 bots in the game)

There are plans to add some static bunkers to a lot of maps to allow you to spawn and get the pick up kits.
