Challenging Challenger

Today I was on Al Basrah playing british and we were using the Challenger. when we got into the tank, it had already been moved, and by the time we drove all the way into the middle of the town, I discovered that there was no MG ammo rather bad time to realise that. guessing that someone must have just sat in the gunner seat at the main base and fired the MG dry, we drove back to the command post to rearm. I sat the challenger by the command post. next to that was a supply crate plus an ammo cache dumped out of the APC. The shells rearmed, however the MG was not. After sitting there for 5 - 10 min, and pressing the R (reload) key serveral times, I just had to give up and so our team was left effectively with no tank. Im thinking the tank just must have spawned with no MG ammo. Is this a bug or was I not doing something right?

This happens when someone without a crewman jumps into the gunner seat, just jump out and jump back in.

The mg and ammo is there, you just won't see it firing = invisible kills
