Spawn Bug on Al Basrah (Insurgency)

Hi. I was playing with a friend today on an Al Basrah insurgency server and suddenly he spawn in something like the basement of the house near the spawn point. The spawn point and the house are located in sector E 7 (screens following)
How I said he spawned in the "basement" and there was no way out so he had to kill himself.
I can also post the systems specs if required but I don't think that this is important because it's not a graphic bug or something like that.

I get the same thing a week ago. I think it is because the rally is too close to the wall.
