Passenger eject....
I did a search for "eject" and "passenger eject"....saw nothing like this:
Is there anyway possible to place a feature in game that would allow the driver to remove a passenger from a vehicle?
It is hard to team-play and maintain squad cohesion when you have some d-bag refusing to get out of a passenger seat while your squad mates wait outside the vehicle.
I understand that the vehicles are 1st come 1st serve.
But this should be limited to the F1 seat alone.
Some will argue that it isnt team-play if I refuse to drive someone someplace.
My argument is that if I and my squad have an objective and we are using a vehicle to reach that objective....I shouldnt have to provide taxi service.
Also....some would argue that whats to stop someone from giving me a ride and ejecting me from the vehicle while in motion and killing me.
Well it would count as a TK.....and it would be punishable.
It seems to me like it could be made possible. Make it a keystroke + the seat number.
Maybe control + F2, control + F3....you get the picture.

"K bai guise!"

Yes, I agree, it'll probably be abused. Although it could be a good thing at times. For the time being, I guess we'll have to make do with the squad lock mechanism.

Re: Passenger eject....
I understand players being hardcoded....
I am suggesting a vehicle function.
Anything is abuseable by anyone.
I try and trust my fellow players until they give me reason not to.
Not everyone is a tard out there.
Refusing to get out of a vehicle when it is obvious that it is being used by multiple members of another squad effects game-play just as much.
The only other option is a TK to the offender.......and I dont play that way either.

I know what your saying. Your squad needs a comm truck or humvee to get to there objective or assault position and than some other guys hop in because they think your going to the flag.

Re: Passenger eject....
Just take out your weapon and put a round in his head. Squad members come first, allways. If he wont get out after being asked, and after you've explained your squad needs it, kill him and move on. If you put the ejection thing is, whats to stop him from just hopping back in? He's obviously an ******* and will have no problem with further hindering you. Best to just remove him from your sight.

Think of all the tards getting in the dirver seat of a car, loading it up, plowing down a road and ejecting everyone... then they all bleed out from exiting at high speed
Not gonna happen... would be nice to code better players but....

If this happened it would count as a TK and would be punishable.
That is also why I suggested it be a double keystroke (i.e ctrl + F2)....it would have to be a deliberate thing.....no confusion or accidents.
Also.....it would have to be done one seat at a time.....not just an autodump of the whole vehicle.

Re: Passenger eject....
Perhaps ejecting other players is only available when the vehicle is completely stopped?

Re: Passenger eject....
I read. Its not about punish or not, its the simple ability to control the actions of another player. I dont like that at all. Youd get tards just kciking people out and not caring about Tks, once they get booted they just join a new server with no admins or voting players.RCMoonPie wrote:Like I stated already in the original post....

I dont want any other player controlling my own actions, even if it would be nice to kick someone out of a vehicle at times...

No need for grand-standing.
I wouldnt want anyone "controlling my own actions" either.
But if I have been asked to get out of the vehicle by another squad, and it is obvious that other members are waiting to ride with this driver.....why should I be allowed to continue to "control" the actions of others by messing up their gameplay experience?
Besides, the feature could be set to only allow the action if the vehicle is moving less than a certain speed....no damage.
Also folks.....perhaps the term "eject" conjures images of someone being launced or thrown from a vehicle.
This isnt the case....you would only be placed outside the vehicle much as if you had hit "e" on the keyboard yourself.

Re: Passenger eject....
I feel you think I'm trying to be rude or offensive... Im not.
I just dont feel that this would really be possible without a cheesy workaround, if at all. And I also think that it would only bring more problems to the table.
You could say, for example, that to make it fair and not abused, that there would need to be a vote kick or something to kick someone out... thern youd have APCs driving all the time with vote kicks going because johhny here wants to be in this seat
It'd just be an annoyance, imo. And like I said, would only bring more problems to the game than it solved.
When you are in their seat, you arent controlling their game.. youre taking an option away but allowing them the control on whether to wait, go, find a new vehicle, etc. Kicking them out of a vehicle is pretty much taking physical control over their gameplay experience. That's how I see it

Like I said, this idea is pointless. Just have your squadie put a round in the guys head, and then you can all jump in and drive off, while that retard has to wait 30 seconds to respawn.

The idea, although not stated would be for ground transport only.killer010devin wrote:Yeah or some d-nozzle flies abunch of people in a transchopper, gets to 300, then launches 7 guys out of the chopper. that would be fun
