[Suggestions] My 2 Cents

Hey, iv played Project Reality for a year or two now and have to post my 2 cents worth.
1. Thrown Projectile Deviation
In real life you cannot throw grenades or rocks with precision accuracy over long distances. I propose that a small deviation is added to replicate the throwing arm of an average soldier. In insurgency mode it seems common practice for a civilian to repeatedly throw rocks in massive accurate arcs until he hits his target due to the lack of deviation. Grenades are obviously a little easier to aim but im sure a midpoint can be found with a little testing and thought.
2. Civilian Binoculars
If a civilian is acting as a spotter I highly doubt that the US or British forces are going to leave them untouched. They should either have the binocs removed or the US/brit forces should be allowed to fire on "spotters"
3. Strange Tank Physics
Much too often I find tanks sliding uphill or rocking uncontrollably on flat ground. Seems a bit silly imo.
4. More Light Vehicle Transport
Even though firebases & bunkers spawn sufficient numbers of light vehicles etc there is rarely enough team co-ordination (or a commander) to have enough FB or Bunkers. Seems kinda silly to have squads walking up to several kilometers especially in open maps such as kashan desert.
5. Trip Flare
Have yet to see one prove itself as useful. Maybe it would be more effective if:
a) It has a much longer tripwire
b) It made a large crack sound when tripped
c) Had a skull to prevent friendly activation
6. Danger Skull
Mostly for mines. Is it possible to enlarge the little red skull over mines because they are often hard to see if speeding in a humvee or similar fast vehicle. This is possibly hardcoded?
7. Zooming in with SAW
When proceeding to aim down the sights the animation has a slight error. About halfway the air holes on the silver metal disappear (incl. metal)
A small error so doesnt really matter if its not fixed.
8. Explosions
To me it seems that the explosions are too quick. To me it would make sense for a small non-dense dust/smoke cloud to remain after an explosion. Sometimes an rpg can go off 10m behind you and by the time you spin around there is no evidence of it.
9. H-AT Explosion Radius
We all know people like to use HAT kits to snipe enemy infantry. I suggest that the explosion radius is decreased. It would not make much difference to armour/helos/bunkers as they all require direct hits anyway. Even though it would slightly reduce realism it will help to stop HAT sniping.
10. Text Alerts
Is is possible to re-enable text for sounds such as "I need a ride!" because im often running after someone spamming it but they cannot hear me over the vehicle noise. I know this can be done by individuals with localisation so I doubt it would be hard.
Dont get me wrong Project Reality is an excellent game and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Im just putting my views out there. Keep up the good word PR Mod Team. We all look forward to 0.8 sometime in the "near" future!
