Double nades and packs

When you throw a nade or a pack of some kind, it looks like you're throwing two. I remember this from an earlier version, but then it was fixed, though I'm not sure which version it was. But now it's back...

Damn, noticed I posted this under Suggestions, sry, should be under Bugs.
