How big can you make PR?

Or how big will you make it, is it limited in terms of gigabytes? Are we gonna see a Project Reality with all the community made stuff in it, combined with all the things you've created?
In other words a big *** Project Reality release, or putting new stuff in over time?

we can only make installer files at a max size of 2gbs, hence the main reason why we have the core and levels split up since together the mod would be more than 2gbs.

really it mainly comes down to how much is the client prepared to download and things like that. The samller the file the more apealing it is to the current, old and new users of the mod

Pure speculation: I think the community mods will be separate downloads, because Rhino points out you can only have 2 gbs in the installer.

No no no, your problem is that you forgot to install the Mandatory back-up maps files, which are need for PR Client Core 36 Sub-Files A, B, and C. Those can be downloaded as different sections from a variety of mirrors.

You can take out things and ADD new things.
So it might not be to much bigger.

Internet is getting faster, and can you not use a different installer? (Not saying you should do that, but if the mod did become excessively large...)
