Grass is undergrowth. Read about it on the bfeditor.org forums.
Water is controlled by the water tab in the tweaker bar. Or you can use water plains for smaller areas.
Best thing to do is read one of those beginner map tutorials on the BFeditor.org forums.
Personally, I say the map's ok, but you're overusing effects, the map will probably be pretty laggy if you keep it up. Effects are cool, but do not over use them (the old - too much of a good thing isn't). Also, your grass texture seems to be messed up with those random dark spots, I don't know what that is (I've never had them), but you probably want to fix it.
Finally, if you want to map for PR, look for how to set up PR for editing on the bfeditor site as well. Also, when mapping for PR, try to base your map off a real place (kind of stinks if you have a good imagination, but the Devs insist).
