Ability to change parachute/grappling hook key?

I always reassign both the parachute and grappling hook key to another, more convenient location.

However, in .8, the ability to change the mapping of these keys is disabled. How can I change them?

Oh really? Damn i do the same thing, it would suck if this is actually the case.

You have to go into the localization files for PR, there should be a line of text that says something like:

PARACHUTE_OPEN NUM9

You have to delete the NUM9 and replace it with, say, SPACEBAR or something like that. Same with grapple hook.
