Time delay between position switch and entering vehicles

Right now you are able to instantly switch between firing\driving positions in every vehicle. That permits cheap tactics such as drive there with a jeep -> switch to gunner, take a couple shots -> switch back to driver and drive away, this in less than three seconds or so.
A little delay of one or a couple seconds for every switch would cut this down and make people teamplay more. Jeeps and such would always need a driver and a gunner to be any effective.
A little delay for entering\exiting vehicles could prevent other cheap tactics, such as lone engineers repairing themself and tanking at the same time or people entering fast moving vehicles.
What do you guys think about this?
