Shortcut Error

Hello all I've recently upgraded to PR 8, and I'm running Wondows Vista Ultimate X64, and the OLD PR 7.5 Worked fine but when i try to launch this version i get a shortcut error when the game starts (It starts up then pops up with a Full screen saying "Warning shortcuts Etc" Anyone got this error
