As i looked over the Shot:
Where is the difference in:

Demolish and Destroy ?

demolish is the CO's way to deconstruct FB's so that they can be replaced, maybe closer to the frontline

I believe that the demolish marker is a map marker while destroy is a squad order marker. Ie, you get the demolish marker on the map, and that's it. The destroy marker you get on the map, on the hud (3D map), and only for the squad which set it.
