People said it can only be done by explosives,so make each bullet have a defaultDetonationComp swith a radius of 0.001 and no effect on hit,so therefore the game will think every round is an explosive

wont that make the bullet impact look like a mini exlosion?
however, it isnt really worth the implemention, it will just piss people off and make playing medic useless, i mean, when you have the possibility to kill wounded people we can throw the epipen out of the game anyway. everyone would do it.

It would be nice if making a wounded unrevivable was possible by hitting him with the epipen when on the other team. This would symbolize giving the guy medical attention and making him a POW, instead of outright shooting him. US Army soldiers or Marines going around and shooting every wounded guy in the face wouldn't be all that realistic.
