Pls fix the Attack Helicopter's FLIR view

For ease of explaining, I'll just call all the targeting systems FLIRs.
I don't know why the FLIR view in PR is black and white and has a whole bunch of static that is only there for stylization and to emulate a 1960 tv set. I'm pretty sure they've got nice monitors and screens on a State of the Art helicopter. This problem is one of the many reasons ATT helos in PR are not realistically represented, gameplay wise and usage wise. I mean, how can a gunner accurately acquire a target when the screen is wobbling like crazy, along with the short render distances and small moving targets.
Since we do not have night maps with att helos, nor do we have an accurate way to simulate IR imaging (no black and white does not do it), might as well just make it colored like and APC or tank.
Also, pls increase the Field of view for the initial zoom of the FLIR, perhaps without the texture of buttons around it? Without stabilization, the borders only get in the way of target acquisition, especially when the field of view is very small.
I thought it was gonna be fixed for .8, but I guess perhaps the next release will have it fixed.

I don't see any green trees, so I don't know what you're talking about. All apache videos i've watched,screen was in black and white.

isupport it too. The color dosent really matter to me. I think i know see also all the shit. But a stabilisator for the gunner vision would be very very nice!

The screen is not black and white at all its green white.
the recordings are only in black and white.

agreed, a more realistic view would be appreciated,
also the kind of HUD boundry found on the stryker gun would me nice, but like the on the video, and the HUD indicators look like they could use some work as well

FLIR stands for Forward Looking Infared. What is shown is just a TV view, which the Apache also has. I think it is actually easier to see enemies using the FLIR view, even though they don't "glow" like they would in RL because they don't blend into the background in the B&W view.

The black and white screen doesn't do anything, it doesn't help its just black and white and some static to make it even harder to see enemy troops.

I guess that it is not possible to make vehicles/troops almost absolutely white on the FLIR screen... It would be great (or even if you could choose between white-hot and black-hot)

It only looks like that from close range. Try using that mock up when those tanks look like ants.
Anyway, They should just make the hud take up the entire screen. I really don't care about the border of the monitor.

When i was testing out zangoo's idea.. we were shooting missiles from 2000m-4000m out and the tanks were still showing up white and no the tanks did not look like ants

Yea I understand that, read my original post. The view in PR does not simulate the Infrared View, rather it hinders gunners ability to spot targets.
