[help] Lights for NightMap And Underground tunnel?

How do i cover the underground tunnel but be able to paint over? and where can i find the lights files like used on the runway?

Lights are in the effects folder in the editor and just place them like an object, but make sure there is a light source near it(ie:lantern, lightbar, etc)
