How long does it take on ramiel for insurgents mortars to load all the way up?

last time i checked it took 10 seconds to reload a mortar in real life. :p

I think the idea is that in an insurgency situation, they set up mortar, fire a salvo, then pack up and relocate before the friendly neighbourhood apache or whatever catches up to them

What if the friendly neighbourhood Apache did a flip on the tarmac or the friendly neighbourhood RPG team knocked it down and these mortar carrying martyrs to be know they can afford to fire a few more salvos til a new one spawns in?

its offmap, so we have no idea what is happening out there :D for all we know Godzilla is patroling PR afghanistan and he does NOT like mortars :D
