i want the shotguns to be affective in combat (they still work but not good). everytime i hold a shotgun, it's beautiful and i wish i could use it in combat :'(
and i wouldn't mind seeing the saiga again, but only in combat, not only for breaching.

The shotgun is actually pretty effective, you just need to be supported by a squad. I shot someone with the US Army's shotgun once and he flew back and up in the air about 5 feet. It usually takes 1 or 2 shots, so you have to make sure it is a headshot.

Shootguns need accuracy boost so its not needed to try 5 times to hit a damn lock. I wouldnt mind some waiting time before you can shoot, but after around 3 seconds you should be able to hit the door lock from 1 meter.

The whole point in the shotguns is a breaching weapon though like you mentioned, we used to have shotguns for proper combat and they were pretty effective, dunno if it's cos the engys have run out of slots, but it would be nice for them to have combat equivalents on some maps.

The accuracy when breaching doors is kinda annoying though yeah, I imagine it'll get sorted for .85.
