Hitting people with vehicles causes damage

Is it possible to make players cause damage to vehicles if they are hit at high speed by light vehicles?

This will solve the problem of station wagons running over whole squads.

IMO hit and runners would be put off if their vehicle took damage from hitting people, like IRL.
