Spawn time

Hi,
Before I download, please can you tell me if there is a way of increasing the spawn time for vehicles in SP. I see in the guide that you have to wait 20 minutes for a airplane to be respawn. Is this true or is there a way around it?

(re-) spawn times aren't that high in SP and you'll always find enough assets to drive/ fly with etc..

Only true in multiplayer. Singleplayer spawntimes are lower.
