Question/Suggestion on Mine Fields

I got this idea from firebases. When you put down the base of a bunker, it is just a plain square. Well, would there be anyway to put mines on top of or set in the base of a Bunkerish style square so Squadleaders or Commanders could say squares of mine fields? Not sure if this is even possible, but just a thought.
