Aim will not stabilize

I started out my PR day on Quai driving trucks and apcs, then was on Korengal on the us side, and I noticed my bullets were a lot more spread than normal, and I couldn't hit targets with a scope that I could have easily hit with ironsights. I finally found out what was wrong on the 2nd map after Korengal, when I tried to hit a Milita tank with a British HAT. Watch the video, and you'll know whats wrong. Also, watch for the puff of smoke on the far hill. That was my HAT rocket.

In case you didn't figure it out, those two aiming brackets weren't moving towards the center, they stayed near the edge, which meant I might as well have fired the rocked from the hip while moving.

(No sound, converter program wants me to pay for any format with sound. Not that it's needed for this)

About the HAT shot.
If i remember correctly, you have to be crouched or standing when firing a HAT.
I think the brackets aren´t moving because you´re prone.

Why is the HAT rocket's collision radius bigger than the rocket itself? Sometimes when firing through windows you'll hit the ledge even if you can't see the ledge through the scope.

You can't even SEE the brackets when prone, and if I had been prone, the rocket would have exploded in the launcher, not on the hill. And, as it turns out, I seem to have to reinstall PR to fix it. Great. Might as well not play until .85

Did you guys not watch the video?
It clearly showed me aiming at a tank with the sights for several seconds, while NOT prone, and the missile still going off like I just aimed and fired as quickly as possible. If you look closely at the left of the screen, you can see one of the brackets, sitting there halfway towards the edge.

The easiest way to tell I didn't fire while prone is that I didn't explode when I fired the rocket. I did that once or twice before I learned that you simply can't fire rockets prone, and self-destruction was always the result.

This happens because the scope is HIGHER than the rocket, you have to keep this in mind. The scope is not looking from the nose of the rocket.

For those guys who didn't notice WHEN I posted, I posted in the first few hours of Friday morning. I hadn't downloaded .85 yet. Besides, I was just venting. I wanted to practice my sniping in Single Player, but this bug was prevalent in Single Player too.
