You have to manually press the server list to get the list. It might make some people think there are no servers.
It was in 0.8 and it returns in 0.85.
Server list does not update automatically.

its not a bug its a feature
devs wanted it to be this way since most ppl type in their favourit server name in the filters and refresh the list anyways
so it reduces traffic and does not lag your computer
i admit: to new comers it might look like there are no servers
