Repair depot stops functioning

There is a glitch that will cause the repair depot added in .85 to stop functioning, in both repairs and resupplys. It happened to both sides on Bi Ming once, and one of the new maps, but I can't remember the name. Also, when I found out the repair depot wasn't working, I incidentally found out that I could repair the truck with my wrench.

I don't know what causes this bug, only that it happens, and can happen frequently.
