Bug or Feature? Ejod Spawns in desert, and flip APC just by touching phone booth?

quick fix, don't drive into the phone booths, not gta4. Besides driving into ANY object with a heavy apc/tank will make it flip around and what not. same with tapping dice made barbed wire makes you instantly blow up.

I saw a random spawn on Archer when I was on Taliban, it was just there in the middle of the map.
