Missing message of the day and server images

i got problem when i log in the game i dont see "Messag From Ea" ( only OPEN and CLOSE and black screen where supose to be the message )
i not see server images (logos,sposors)
and when i make screens its got to folder but save it with 0kb

someone know solution
reinstall not help
