Helicopter flip

I dont known why but since 0.856 the helo flip on them self turning upside down and its pretty impossible to acheive a retake of controle.

I do known Real helicopter can add this probleme, but, that dosent happen ALOT.

So how is it flipping? I can tell you aren't a noob so I know its not just you screwing up the warm up. I know on the huey the warm up time is close to 15 years and it sounds up and ready when its not.

When you are fipping over just press S. I can intentionally flip the chopper and then flip it back

Sometimes it's hard with joystick to stay completely still at a carrier when waiting for people. I usually open my console to maintain perfectly still.

When i turn while decreasing altitude, the Chopper flip on itself, so i'm flying upside down, and no matter what i do, i hit the ground. Its pretty hard to explain, but i will try to make a video of it.

And no i'm not a newb and i dont crash at take off

im talkin about a "airborn" problem, it happen when flying. Not at landing/take off.

maybe it dont hapens alot because they have GOOD pilots.
any way, fliping when you Take in the ground is't real for good,
any way keep warning the motor,
i agree 50 percent whicht this bug,
when you take the chopter to land it's impossible to flip, right?

Fly a combat chopper, climb at 200 feet, then decrease altitude and turn on side... bang you flip.

Helicopter flight physics are lolwtf. Half the helicopters can't even execute sideways flight when several of them are capable of doing so. It also doesn't help that you can get some of the helicopters near 1000kph.

Not sure why but it seems the helicopters are always fighting what you're trying to do. They either want to roll or they want to stay straight. Their response time to input sucks. The other aspect I hate is that throttling down is like cutting the engine power. You can only tap the key real fast otherwise you'll just plummet to the ground.

@Hotrod Are you holding "S"? The reverse thrust on the Helis is a bit excessive if you ask me that could be causing it.

@Night-Hawk Real Helicopters are nothing like in-game (Handling wise).

I was on Basrah, and this happened with the Lynx. I think he's trying to say, that if you hover in the air, without touching the throttle, and you press S, you roll to the left. I've done this a few times.

I made a video, not the best, but I only touched the roll so I wouldn't go sideways down to earth:

ok heres the problem i know what to do, if your on the carrier and you start to flip or even if you do flip you just hold S 9 or the throttle down button cuz i use controller) i do it sometimes and that always works, If you going to flip in the air its becauce your throttling down to fast and the heli loses lift and falls to a direction (usually to the back for me) If ths is going to happen just throttle up and it should correct itself. I hope this helps.

Only problems I've ever had with a chopper was lag (where everything is going smoothly, then all of the sudden you're upside-down).

Buuuuut... based on your video, you're simply cutting your throttle too much (holding down S). In real life, a chopper isn't going to be able to drop altitude straight down that fast without some consequences.

I hate to sound like a jerk, but you just need to practice more and get used to how a chopper works in PR. And in the training servers, please.
