Isn't it like that with big red?mp5punk wrote:lol i like the idea, but kind of obvious as soon as someone sees it there gonna run, or blow you up lol but i like it.

an unexploded jdam, insurgents make their expolives mainly form unexploded arty shells/bombs.Zeppelin35 wrote:I always felt that big red just took me out of the experiance because it just looked so rediculous. A red semi with a stolen JDAM on it? How did the insurgents manage to pull that off?
The bus would be better but instead of amonium nitrate I'd suggest that there just be some arty shells on the inside.

It's a bus full of explosives, it shouldn't have any more than 2 seats, and they should both be in the frontCyrax-Sektor wrote:Ah, reminds me of the CnC Generals Zero Hour expansion with the GLA attack buses, capable of holding eight, and all passengers could shoot outside.
This would be great fun to see in PR, if it's realistic and someone's willing to model and code. Whole squad in the bus, rolling down the streets of Basrah, AKs sticking out the windows ready to blow away the helpless British squad.
Then the Challenger 2 blows them away.
Depending on how the firing out the windows is implemented, I see one iffy. RPGs. If RPGs could be fired out the bus, would it be realistic? Perhaps the PR Insurgents would be mad (crazy) enough to do so, but would it look right if this hell on wheels rolled on forward, RPG warheads times 6 rolling around blowing things to oblivion?
And let's not exclude IEDs. When in a vehicle, a player dropping anything like a sticky IED bomb, the bomb goes through the bottom of the vehicle. A bus full of ambushers could just roll around an undefended firebase, and the bus would "plop" out 6 IEDs. Drive off to safe position, and detonate. Ridiculous again?
I don't know. I'm not an expert. Just bringing these considerations to the table.![]()

i wouldn't mind having that instead of the big red, especially if it had 5 seats + driver.'[EC wrote:DR.NOobFragger;948778']
