Unarmed Pilots?
Just wondering why the pilots no longer carry pistols? I'm sure there are plenty of other service members here who know exactly what I'm talking about. There have been times when a huey will land and one pilot will be shooting from inside the chopper over the other out of the aircraft to keep from being overrun. Now that I think about it, I'm also confused as to why there are no door guns on the hueys? Maybe I missed something, if I did can someone clue me in?
