for me it's kind of annoying to kill an enemy and see him being revived after one minute or more. that's ok for a long range distance kill but in close combat it would be

a.) realistic
b.) good for the gameplay

if you could kill an enemy, already lying wounded on the ground via headshot.
i dunno if the engine would support that.

it sounds cruel - war's no fun @ all.

Thats against the genevan convention. And if its in close quarters you just have to work harder to kill the squad's medic. Than they stay down. Thats just a gameplay mechanic. I heard this suggestion before and usually its about the long-range where you cant easily kill the medic. In close quarters you should have no problem of taking him out. Just wait for him to get his hands or eppi out and take the shot. Its not that common that another squad member takes his kit and resses the 2 downed men. Dont know why but that just doesnt happen in PR :P

Im not calling you a newb but it sounds like you focus a bit much on the kill count.
