Hey guys new to the forums, really love PR and I have a couple of suggestions for next update.
1. Put silencers on sniper rifles, dose not have to be on all factions, I like to snipe on PR but I hate having to move after every single shot because I dont want to be spotted.
2. Spec Ops kit, Give us a light assault rifle or SMG with a silencer and cool sighs, add flash bangs, zip line, or grappling hook, and a silenced pistol.
Dont flame me

Welcome to the Forums
If you don't want to get flamed, you should've looked through the forums a lot more before posting.
1. The sniper's role is to support the team with information, and adding a silencer would create more lone wolfs.
2. They removed the Spec Ops Kit to promote conventional forces, as special forces or primarily used on a mission by mission basis.
And also saying don't flame me doesn't mean you can say whatever you want. The best way not to get flamed is by sticking around the forums and educating yourself on what has been said and why it has/hasn't been shot down; then you won't have to worry about being flamed.

First off welcome, second, suppressors on anything is a resuggestion check *** and use the search function.
The art of sniping is finding a nice hiding spot where you wont be seen, plus a snipers is supposed to be more a recon element less of a kill stuff so you should be hiding and not need to fire you weapon unless you get a clear good shot. Also flashbangs are not very good in this engine IMO and not worth being given to any class. Not to mention there isn't a spec ops anymore.

Welcome to the forums
For various reasons the SF kit has been removed from PR, and until whole teams of SF are made for PR they won't return afaik. And tbh, I don't care to see it return as I don't think BF2 is the best place to replicate SF actions due to the limitations of the engine.
don't snipers IRL have to move after every few shots? relocate etc.1. Put silencers on sniper rifles, dose not have to be on all factions, I like to snipe on PR but I hate having to move after every single shot because I dont want to be spotted.
As Thermis said, flash bangs don't work very well in BF2. Zip line? especially how they were implemented in BF2-SF was very gamey and unrealistic.2. Welcome to the meat grinder. As said above, it's not going to happen. At some point the USMC had and was going to regain, the Mk 22 mod 0 suppressed marksman(?) kit, but it was dropped.
Also, a suppressor drops the velocity of your bullet, decreasing it's muzzel velocity and reducing it's range / impact.

If you have to move after every shot you are not sniping correctly. I usaully don't have to move until I have to RTB for ammo.

Re: A couple suggestions
The only sniper that might have the suppressor is the L115A3, which in real life has a suppressor(it can be fitted in other words), apart from that, no.
