So the gameplay would be exactly like insurgency, but with a different faction? Not worth it. Making a whole faction is around a year of work.

You obviously don't know much about UN .. I suggest that at least you read the wiki about UN peacekeepers.

if this was realistic, then if you were on the UN side you would just run when the insurgents start shooting at you.
