Crewman kit

On Mestia as Russian i tried to request a crewman kit of the little APC thing i got the message that is was issued but it wasn't there.
Also happened to the other guy in my squad and a couple of other randoms were complaining about it

Try hitting "g" as the kit is sometimes invisible.

This has happened to me a few times this version I have requested a kit and it doesn't show up at all but it says it was issued. Happened on multiple maps as any faction. no idea what causes it though.

Btw not just for crewmen but any kit.

yeah i moved around hitting G but kit was nowhere to be found.

MY problem is ,when I get near any vehicle,and request akit ie press t ,the sub menu does NOT come up.Would it not be agood idea if the kit would be dropped nearby and not on the vehicle,and just walk over it or press g,
please note we had four in our squad can somebody help me please
