insurgent's ablity to disappear

if not hard coded why not give insurgents some type of temp cloaking device so they can disappear. it will give the effect that insurgents can pop up and ambush with out warning. the cloaking device can be like that one the recon class gets in 2142, but has to be reloaded at a cache. and they can be seen if they get within 40meters but anything further and they cant really be seen. this will stop the coalition forces from picking them off at 200+meters. it could last no more than 2 mins and allow for escapes. it makes it possible for insurgents to pop up out of no were and ambush, and keep coalition forces from following you back to a cache.

Insurgents don't have cloaking devices in real life. They can just as easily lie down in a ditch or hide behind a tree or something - if you can't manage that then you're doing something VERY wrong. The idea of insurgency is a different style of play as well as asymmetrical balance.
And quite frankly if you stand 200m away in the open you deserve to die.

I didn't know this guy was an insurgent.
But seriously I don't like this idea at all. Insurgents can already pop out of no where if they're stealthy enough. I've killed tons of US troops in the current game by hiding in buildings and shooting when they have their backs turned. People just need to learn how to ambush. No reason to give them invisibility cloaks.

I can ambush then run away with no problem, Just shoot at them with full auto (you are bound to kill 1 or 2 of em) and then book it. This is Project Reality not Team Fortress 2
EDIT: holy shit ninja'd by 2 people in less than a minute

Like all the other ninja's said, the insurgents can already do this.
Also, it's pretty impossible to pick someone off at 200 m with an insurgent gun or would take great skill, given they have no magnification.

When you enable the device can it say something like "MAXIMUM INSURGENT" in a really deep voice???
