problem is wish a some of those suggestions we would have to get permision to edit the actual engine for BF2 as to fit them in.
Harrod200:"Fire.exe has committed an illegal operation and has been shut down"
Raniak : "Warning: May crash if fired upon."
M4sherman: "like peter pan but with tanks"
[R-MOD]Eddiereyes909 (on sim tower) "It truly was the game of my childhood and has led to me getting my degree in industrial engineering."

I am in complete agree mentent with ever thing on the list. I am also sure that they are all feasible and are in no way impossible to implament and we dont need permission, any way EA smell and they will never find out, it is not like they read PR's code and stuff, any way, just do it in secret is neccassery.
P.S if EA dont like something we do, how can they prosecute us, they dont know where we live, and this is the internet, 30% of it is illegal!

I don't think taking that chance is worthwhile. What happens when EA find out, ban all the accounts of the dev team and prosecute everyone? How does PR get publicity without making EA aware? And I wouldn't say EA smell, if it wasn't for them PR wouldn't have anything to work from.
As for the ideas, I'll agree with the cookies and the grenades, but that's about it. Spec Ops isn't recce until they get binocs among other things (and I'd really love if they got the SPR so they could work like proper spotters (sniper with M24, spotter with SPR and binocs). Reconnaissance requires some surveillance equipment, right now Spec Ops is only designed to bomb stuff and jump from aircraft, that's more 'Special' than 'Reconnaissance'.

Spec ops does get binoc, and they are the perfect spotter for a sniper on big maps. All they need is a supressor on the m4 and a boonie hat.Malik wrote:I don't think taking that chance is worthwhile. I really think ammo gabs should not give grenades, but grenadiers should get more 40mms (the average 40mm belt can hold 12 grenades). Also I think the assault should get 2 hand grenades as well (I think that is standard issue, not sure though). What we really need is a rifleman without the GL that can give ammo if limiting grenades proves impossible

Spotter alongside SPR sniper dude.
We do not wish to get up EA/DiCE's back btw. We have a somewhat solid professional relationship with the Developers, and we wouldn't risk that by doing anything that would break the EULA. That's a huge mistake to make.

really dont we need a big class shake up, i know this might be planned but have never heard a comprehensive idea on how to do this.
There are certain classes, like markesman and enginner that are definate, but all the other are a little less certain when it comes to name and ability.
P.S classes are complicated, you can have thousands of different arragements, thousands!

i understand now, sniper and recon/spec work together, thank you for explainging this. I now see a major purpose for spec/recon. But i think they defienatley need some form a laser deg, and defienatley a very good pair of benoculars.
As PR develops, little mini co-ops systesms would be nice, e.g medic to wounded / sniper to spec/recon. It would encourage teamwork generally and allow for more effective use of each indervidual and unique ability, ENABLIGN THEM TO BE SHARED! what do others think
