i like, can be help full because you dont have to constanly be on gaurd weh you could be getting some where quicker!
PROBLEMS:
- enemy troops could move in fairly quicly making it pointless after a minute
- any one any distance away might find that by the time they reached the safe area it was dangerous and any one who was near the area when i became safe would know it was safe cos they made it safe
- the area is not safe, a enemy hiding there that cuases havocl when peeps think it is safe, leeding to unparralel confusion and mistrust of others Squads!
Ways to enhance and solve current problems of the unknown situation in an area:
- have a territory system like in ETQW, where istead of securing aflag you have to hold a whole area. THis means that only the areas next to "enemy territory" (lol) are unsafe and areas that are 2 or more territories from the border are extremely safe. THIS method requires no extra actions of the part of soldiers and actually works it self - it is simple and does a similar job and at times/ place does it far far better.

Really big bang - this is where I feel VOIP needs to be used alongside a commander.
If the SLs have a VOIP link to the CMDR then a message can be relayed to the CMDR then to all SLs then to each troop.
Of course not everybody has voip/not everyone wants to use it - so my solution atm is to spot repeatedly to indicate enemy presence and type at messages.

how would the spotting work, normal key, would it point a large area or single points, who woudl spot????
Any chance of a big PR campaign by PR to get as many players to get headsets WITH A MAJOR INSENTIVE IN PR 1, a special feature - diffuclt to do but could pay big divadens allowign many present and future realitci feautres to be used to theeir full potensial! - what you tink
I had a simple but basic idea for target ID
1)same as present, but target is not tracked, a quick raise off head above cover, a quick stop and then down behind cvoer
2) where you hold the spot key down over the target, it is continuouly tracked aslong as you follow it;s general direction.
This then appears as a larger marker on all heli and plane windscreens and it also seen by tanks.
Wait a sec this is laser deg is it not, soryy getting confused.

i get slack with tournaments, cos teamspeak is havin torubles with me and with out it i got realy ocnfused on training a semi gave up. getting picked for squad is also hard for new guy ext. Seem to much effort, not sure what the divadends are ext.
Very serious with squads and all, not one to make major comment but having designated squads can be too much, mabey something where you are put in one before game, but pilots remain mabey. Cos i would like to experience a bit of A, B and C squad tactics but this is not going to happen. And squads dont talk tacics much on forums, a little briefing after is good, and changing squads means fighting relationships cant grow, o well.

I think I know what he means. Add a 'Area Clear!' radio command, so when you're advancing with your team mates you can say it, just as you'd say 'I need ammo!' or 'Follow me!'. BF2's current radio commands aren't very concise, compared to those of CS. A few added ones would be real nice, mainly to express those situations the current ones don't deal with. Rather than say 'I think this place is clear guys' you could say 'Area Clear!'. Other ideas I've had are 'Fall Back!' or something along those lines, and another probably for 'Move Forward Men!'.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that one "Grenade!" would be nice, both for when you misthrow or for when you see one pop down in front of you. Another one like "Clear the area!" might be useful, such as when you're in a tank and people are in your way, when you're trying to takeoff on a busy runway or if you're about to C4 a bridge (or set a timed charge in 0.3).
