About "The War is Hell" training server and version 0.9

Is this server still considered to be for training?

Now that there is no official training mode, some of the server rules don't seem to apply. Before you were not allowed to hit airfields as they were under zone of death, now with the coop mode, there is no zone of death and the airfields are eventually capable.

All I am really asking for is some clarification on whether attacking the airfields is allowed while they are not capable ?

Yup thats why I am asking for clarification. Sadly the server is attracting 2 rather incompatible groups, people wanting to train....and immature people on some ego trip doing tit-4-tat baserape.
