M110 or M24A2

Post by gunsfromh3ll »

The US Army is starting to use a new sniper rifle called the M110, it is basically a SR25, but the army's version. I think that we should use that unstead if the M24 or we should use the M24A2 which lets you add a silencer and night vision attachment to the gun.

Hope you guys like the idea.

and there is a MAJOR difference, the m110 is a .308 and the SPR-25 is a 5.56/.223

Details, details :P

Also there's no point in adding A2 to the end of the M24, since the devs will not add a supressor or NV scope, since supressors are unused in open warfare and night maps (apparently) don't work.

He was talking about the SR-25, which uses the same caliber as the M110 SASS. They are virtually the same weapon. SPR on the other hand uses a 5.56 as you mentioned.
