Hand Brake.

I saw on another forum that Onil had made a hand brake function.

But it only worked on SP.
Maybe you guys can put in the hand brake for next update!
It cant be too hard to fix it so it can work in MP too and put it in at next update? Or can it?

This wasnt a suggestion for make it,it was for using it.

Sounds like a suggestion to me.

The Devs will be fully aware of the work done to try and get a decent handbrake into the game, if it works well and the Devs have time, I'm sure they'll look into it.

Suggesting things that are known about and beng actively discussed elswhere doesn't mean they'll be implemented into the mod immediately because you've asked so nicely for them to. Incase that does work, can we have the chinook now please? :razz:

Yes,i also want the Chinook too,but why couldnt they put it in.
Was it some too hard?
Was it because then insurgents with RPG will get 15 kills on one shot?

1) It's pretty much done as far as I know
2) It's only been finished, or almost finished, after the last patch came out
3) Regardless of it being finished they need a suitably large map for it, of which there isn't one... yet
4) More then 8 people in any vehicle is a no go; no way round it has been found, and everything everyone has tried hasn't come very close to working
5) If it were complete and in game (and if they found a way of getting 15 people in it) then whatever crafty insurgent took it down with his RPG deserves 15 kills for it

I didn't make the hand brake function i just found and tweaked it.

And im sure it works on MP as well, what i say in my post is that i suggest people trying it in SP so that they don't screw their PR trying to implement the feature.

And im pretty sure the devs are aware of the feature and considering using it or not.
