Here are some bugs i found some time ago.

Transforming a Boat into a Submarine:

Drop a metal crate on top of the boat and drive slowly so it goes totally under water. You need a driver on the boat when you drop the crate and if the driver leaves that position, the boat will come back up and the crate will fall.

From what i found, as long as there is ground below the vehicle and it is not deeper then the vehicle's height, it can pretty much drive totally submerged without taking much damage.

Also if you look closely, there is a bug with the vehicle's HUD not showing players that are inside.

well if you overload a boat it will sink and the lannies have a snorkle so yeah they should go under water to an extent !

You can do this in boats too by driving at the pointy end of the carriers and somes times you get forced under.
