since vista OS comes out ,the icon on the desktop has been set as a medium one.
PR has no medium icon, or a large icon. So it's crude when the small icon be dragged into a medium or a large icon, there should be a 64*64 or 128*128 in the pr.exe file.

You can find better icon in C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\readme\icons
