incendary grenade bug ?

Hi there.
I didn't see anything for that bug in the .86 changelog:

When I drop an incendary grenade by right click and in the same time turning myself to the left or right by pressing 'Q' or 'D' ( on azerty, means 'A' or 'D' on qwerty ) -> I'm going to a CTD.

Tested several times with other clan mates.

Can you please have a look if you can experience it ?
