Ammo bags
I really like how they work and am surprised at how much I like it. But if possible make the reload a litttttle faster, not much, like 20% and I think it would be perfect. What's everyones thoughts on this? I also like the limitations of only having 3 seriously, Only 3 ammos bags + 6 charges for medics, and support only get 400 rounds, it all fits together SO perfectly and maximizes teamwork!

Hmmm, I'm not too sure. A lot of people still don't play as teams. I think quite a number of folk join squads as it improves your score.
The theory behind the idea is superb but there are still a lot of folk playing like tards.
It's much more realistic to have a limited number of resupplys but does it detract from the game?

you must be playing on the wrong server. most servers have lots of squads using VOIP ect. Teamwork is key for this modEw Darcy wrote:Hmmm, I'm not too sure. A lot of people still don't play as teams. I think quite a number of folk join squads as it improves your score.

I lvoe how the ammo bags have been limited, but i find it almost impossible to get healed or resupplied anymore. If the point rewards for performing these actions were increased, then maybe i would get more help from other players. Right now, I can not even spawn and have 50 points. I like giving points for teamwork, but I don't really like getting points out of the blue for doing nothing. Another thing that should give major points is transporting players around the map instead of using helicopters as one way tickets

I think the points for ammo bags and healing should be put up a little bit.
also repair points should be more! i sit there and baby my tank for a good 10 minutes, i think i deserve a litle bit of a reward =D

i say give 20% more speed to the reloading at the bags atm its a death trap to reload more or less.. its abit to slow for my liking any way...
healing is fine tho

I like the idea of the limit of extra ammo the assault can carry.
I am ok with the number being what it is set at as well.
My problem seems to be that teamates and myself have some difficulty picking up the packs from the ground. Is this an anomaly or is it commonplace?
My last encounter with this I had dropped 2 bags (might have been three and I wasn't paying attention) the second bag dropped in a safe location near the soldier requesting it. He went over the bag, next to the bag, circled the bag, and it just didn't get picked up. I know he was low on ammo because I could see that. I could not drop any more bags after that. The soldier never did get that ammo.
I've found that if I empty my clip/magazine then I can pick up that ammo, but others have trouble figuring that out.
Maybe you could work in a pop-up hint message when soldiers encounter their first ammo bag or request ammo for the first time? That would be helpful. Thanks.

Yea, I never liked that magical effect when you walked over an ammo bag in the middle of a fire fight and suddenly having full ammo while still firing away at the enemy. The ammo bags are a bit too slow though, like Riki said, so they will probably be sped up in the next release.'[R-PUB wrote:maverick']It takes time to pick up the ammo - it is not instantaneous

I agree this has happend a lot.
Example of something that has been happeing a lot recently.
Me giving someone ammo, guy running 50 ft away after 2 seconds "need ammo" same happens me out of ammo. Me expalning to guy why he didn't get any ammo. Him calling me a noob then "need ammo".
Me getting really annoyed having wasted all my ammo packs.
