BTR 60 requestable kits?

im almost 100 percent sure the btr 60 is an apc like the striker, and i am just about 100 percent sure you cannot request kits off of it, i know its going to be replaced later but was the lack of ability to request kits intentional or accidental?

if i am wrong can some one tell me where to stand around the apc to get the kits

i have tried the back and the sides near the doors

has anyone noticed this on any other apc?
