Why a Lol in Chinese AA :(

I am pretty sure people noticed this back when PR came out in 2005, but why is there a LOL in the Chinese AA????? Is it related to the "WTF" stasis on the forums?

just take a look at the big cargo boxes in the kashan bunkers, there should be something written in one of the the top corners.
