Replace Insurgency with "Revolution"

MEC as you all know is a group of all the Middle Eastern countries as 1 army much like NATO or the Warsaw Pact. PR has a futuristic war set up were MEC is a powerfull force and it would not allow the US to go into Iraq and take control (and have Insurgents fight). What should be done is instead of having the US fight Ins. you replace them with MEC (or more appropriately make an Iraqi army b/c MEC cant bother with a revolution so Iraq has to deal with its own problem).
