Shortcuts??

I updated the shortcuts the day the new patch came out. But all of the Sudden it says my Shortcuts are not updated. I updated them again, and its still telling me that they are not updated. Iv reinstalled the patch and that didn't help. Im currently Downloading the Core mod now and levels along with it. Anyone ever heard of this problem before?
