Well, you guys can have an idea of what happened here.. his brains are all over the painted area.

7.62mm bullet. His brains flew all over the body, car seats, etc.

SERIOUSLY, you can't fix this with field dressing, tape, black magic. :?

Devs, i know that are other fatal areas to shoot but.. a medic picking up head pieces on the ground, taping it, glueing to the wounded's neck.. and he is ready to fight in 30 seconds?

But we get helmets :D , don't know if that would help at all against bullets though.

Even if they are 7.62mm proof..
..even if the bullet doesn’t penetrate the helmet, the sheer force would likely break a Marine’s neck and be just as fatal as an open wound.
