VOIP Disabling itself?

I'm pretty new to PR so if I am doing something wrong please tell me but when I'm in a game and when I join a squad it allows me to talk for about 30s - 1m then it disables itself in the settings? How can I fix this?

How to fix
Go to Start > Run > DXDIAG
Switch to Sound tab then turn the sound accelerator to basic and then it should work.
