Balkan militia faction

I get the impression that the DEVs are planning on bringing British vs. Militia scenarios back into the game. To me, this is extremely realistic, since the militia will be Russian as things stand. If the UN sent western troops to Russia, or even a region bordering it, Russia would do it's react badly (so to speak). This would quite possibly spark off WWIII, there's no way anyone in their right mind would risk such a thing, just to quell a few arms dealers.

So, I've come up with a solution. Borrow a few bits and pieces from OPK (anyone know if they have Serbo-Croat voice acting?) and set it in Serbia/Kosovo or even a return to Bosnia-Herzgovina could be the setting.
